Registration 1. How can I register with panchalshaadi.com? You can visit our Head Office or any of our branches (A Link to Contact us) and register your profile with 2 photos (one passport size & one 6x4 casual photo). Fill the Registration Form correctly & pay the prescribed fee. The person who is in charge will upload your profile on the internet. OR You can log onto www.panchalshaadi.com. Click the link for Paid Registration or Free Registration (A link to both) Give the current information & upload your latest photo (The photo should be clear & decent). Your profile will be activated only after one working day. OR You can post your profile with 2 photos (one passport size & one 6x4 casual photo) to the Head Office (Ahmedabad) along with the DD. Our support team will contact your local number before validation and then an E-mail with your user Id & Password would be sent to you once the profile is added. Paid Member 2. What are the benefits for a Paid Member? A Paid Member • Can view the full details of the selected profiles • Can send & receive personalized e-mail messages • Can search for your suitable match • Photos & details of the paid members will be kept in the albums of our offices • Paid members’ Photos randomly appear in our home page • Live Help from our office and can chat with other paid members • Wedding photo will be inserted in our success stories section (If they are married through panchalshaadi.com) Free Member 3. What are the service offers for a Free Member? • Being a free member you can search all the profiles. • But you can not get all the details of other members as long as you are a free member Renewal 4. Can I renew my Registration? Yes. You can, For a Paid Member – Paid membership will continue until your marriage is fixed, provided the due renewals are made. The registration has to be renewed every three months. First Renewal is absolutely Free. You are supposed to contact us through phone or email for the renewal or else your profile will be deleted from the data bank. This is done to block the presence of the profiles of candidates who are already married through our matrimonial. For a free member – As a free member you won’t be able to renew profile. But you can upgrade your profile to a paid member. Use ID & Password 5. How will I get my User ID & Password? You can choose your own User Id and Password. For both the Paid Member and Free Member; a system generated User Id and Password will be sent to their E-mail id given in the Registration Form. 6. I forgot my password. How will I get it? In the home page of www.panchalshaadi.com, there is a link for Forgot Password? Follow the link. 7. How can I change my Password? • Visit www.panchalshaadi.com • Enter your User Id & password • In ‘My Home’ page, click on ‘Change my Password’ • Enter your old password. • Enter your new password & confirm the same. • Click on the ‘Submit’ button. Profile Validation 8. Why is the profile not activated immediately after registration? Validation of the profiles have to be done for each candidate. Since we have candidates who register on our website from different time zones and from different countries, it was a judicious decision to have the profiles activated after one working day. But it does not mean that all the profiles will take one working day by all means. Profile 9. How can I upload photo with my profile? When you fill the registration form,  There is browse button to upload you photo immediately.
